Preparation of jamun:-
Mix Datar gulab jamun mix with milk or water. Apply ghee or oil on both the palms and shape the mixture in round ball shape without cracks. (Contents of this pack will make 20 to 25 round balls). Deep-fry the jamun (Balls) in ghee or oil on low heat until they are turned to golden brown.
Preparation of sugar syrup:-
Take equal quantity of sugar and water. Approx. 300 ml water / 300 gms of sugar is sufficient for this packet contents. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Soak the jamun in sugar syrup for 25 minutes and delicious gulab jamun is ready.
For better taste and flavor, add little cardamom to sugar syrup.
Ingredients: Skimmed milk powder, Wheat flour, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Sodium bi-carbonate and Citric acid.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, can be refrigerated.
