Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina.
Cooking Guidelines: Boil 500 ml water, add agastya vermicelli, cook for 5 minutes and strain it immediately. Keep aside. In a kadai, heat oil, add mustard seeds, chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt. Add par boiled vermicelli to kadai and mix well gently. Keep on low flame, cover with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes. Add sugar and ghee. Put off the flame and hold for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight. Once opened, transfer it to an air tight container.
