Everyone is familiar with potato chips and most of us like those too. But these Datar potato papad are not regular potato chips. These are potato slices/ chips that have been blanched and dehydrated under the hot sun & Then freshly fried before serving. 

Ingredients: Salt and potato   

Shelf life: Best before 18 months from packaging.  

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
