Job Description

  • Maintain and update sales records.
  • Assist the sales team to generate business leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Takedown orders by phone, email and review the orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers.
  • Make sure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain and update office filing systems.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
