  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information.
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files and organize documents.
  • Help prepare reports and data.
  • Manage and maintain files, records and correspondence for meetings.
  • Type documents, drafts, and reports.
  • Update calendars and organize schedules.
  • Handle basic accounts and Tally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent accounting knowledge.
  • Expertise in Tally.
  • Must be on a sponsorship visa.
  • Age range between 30-35 years.
