Job Description
- Recommend and implement advanced, best practices HR strategies and procedures.
- Manage/monitor the whole recruiting and hiring process.
- Monitor payroll submissions and payments.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records.
- Educate and supervise employees on HR topics.
- Track and analyze important HR metrics.
- Establish learning and development policy.
- Administer payroll and advice on recruitment/selection strategies.
- Oversee and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where needed.
- Prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Qualifications
