Job Description

  • Recommend and implement advanced, best practices HR strategies and procedures.
  • Manage/monitor the whole recruiting and hiring process.
  • Monitor payroll submissions and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and complete employee records.
  • Educate and supervise employees on HR topics.
  • Track and analyze important HR metrics.
  • Establish learning and development policy.
  • Administer payroll and advice on recruitment/selection strategies.
  • Oversee and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where needed.
  • Prepare reports for senior management.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.


  • MBA in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
