Spike mayonnaise is a thick and creamy sauce that can be added on snacks, hamburgers, and sandwiches etc. It is essentially a dressing comprised of oil, egg yolks, lemon juice or vinegar, and additional ingredients.   

Shelf life: 18 to 24 months  

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. For best flavor store below 25°C. Refrigerate after opening, do not freeze, protect from heat and direct sunlight.
