Job Description

  • Diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults.
  • Provide solutions to software/hardware problems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Act as a consultant and provide solutions for customers' problems.
  • Develop troubleshooting tips and tools to use in diagnosis.

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Male candidates preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any related field.
