Job Description
- Make sure that the documents required are completed.
- Prepare lease agreement contract.
- Keep all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically.
- Distribute correspondence such as memos and letters.
- Oversee key register of all the rental properties.
- Examine the cheque and tenant’s information after receiving the bounced cheque.
- Calculate the total amount to be recovered from the tenant.
Requirements

- Solid communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Finance / Business Management.
