Job Description

  • Make sure that the documents required are completed.
  • Prepare lease agreement contract.
  • Keep all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically.
  • Distribute correspondence such as memos and letters.
  • Oversee key register of all the rental properties.
  • Examine the cheque and tenant’s information after receiving the bounced cheque.
  • Calculate the total amount to be recovered from the tenant.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Finance / Business Management.
