Job Description

  • Handle and direct phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Maintain an office filing system.
  • Schedule job interviews.
  • Maintain and update records of new staff.
  • Prepare and present reports on general HR activity.
  • Order office supplies when needed.
  • Respond to emails, and routine letters, direct inquiries to the designated person.
  • Prepare meeting documents.
  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
  • Maintain updated contact information for company employees and suppliers.


  • Good oral and written communication skill in Arabic and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Knowledge in HR duties.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
