Since 1989, Island Sun established as a general trading company located in Dubai, for importer/exporter of laboratory equipment products and spare parts in the Middle East and European countries.

وصف الوظيفة

  • Answer phone calls and resolve customer complaints.
  • Responsible for writing or preparing reports, organizing and scheduling meetings, reviewing incoming messages.
  • Type and proofread reports, letters, memorandum and correspondence.
  • Maintain department filing systems and records.
  • Develop and implement filing systems.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties. 
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting reports.
  • Resolve account payable/receivable issues.
  • Assist in general ledger preparation.
  • Prepare cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
  • Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
  • Oversee inventory and writing orders to refill stock.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Filipina candidates can only apply.
  • Excellent organizational skills.


  • Graduate.
