Job Description

  • Answer, forward and screen phone calls.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
  • Handle queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Arrange and sort filing systems and documents.

Requirements

  • Excellent command on the English & Hindi language.
  • Expertise in Ms Excel & Ms Word.
  • Freshers may also apply.
