Job Description

  • Identify potential vendors.
  • Negotiate contract terms.
  • Track orders and make sure timely delivery.
  • Review the quality of purchased products.
  • Enter order details into internal databases.
  • Keep updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Prepare reports on purchases.
  • Oversee stock levels and place orders when required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to make sure proper storage.


  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Excellent of supply chain procedures.
