Job Description

  • Confer with production managers to determine the purchasing needs.
  • Contact suppliers to check the availability of the required documents.
  • Verify deliveries to ensure quality and quantity of items purchased.
  • Monitor all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and contracts.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
  • Ensure that orders received are correct and that goods received are not damaged.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • A valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain operations.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any related field.
