Job Description
- Understand project specifications and implement time schedules and budgets that meet them.
- Conduct negotiation with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
- Oversee/track project progress and write up reports.
- Delegate tasks and make sure workers receive feedback.
- Meet all contract requirements.
- Examine technical drawings and provide material and cost estimates.
- Make sure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
