  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
  • Handle and resolve client issues/complaints.
  • Manage communications between key clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling/cross-selling.
  • Prepare and submit reports on account progress to the management.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and transcribe results into better solutions.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in key account management.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in Marketing or any related field.
