  • Coordinate company events and activities.
  • Prepare job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • Update and maintain staff records in check.
  • Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and HR projects.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest HR trends.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.


  • Graduate.
