  • Assist HR manager in employee life cycle processes.
  • Maintain and update the HR database, ensure accuracy of information.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from internal and external employees.
  • Manage visa applications and airline ticket arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel files and records.
  • Ensure all required documents are collected and properly filed.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
