وصف الوظيفة

  • Maintain electronic records of workers.
  • Support with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Keep calendars of HR management team.
  • Monitor the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Conduct orientations and update records of new workers.
  • Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors if there.
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest HR trends.

المتطلبات

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant.
  • Understanding of HR functions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

مؤهلات

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related.
