When added in biryani, pulav, other dishes and many indian sweets enhances their taste, aroma and colour.
Usage: Saffron is much used in Indian Moghlai dishes, Biryani, Pulav, Kesari Chicken, Kesari Kulfi etc. Saffron needs to be soaked in a little warm water or milk to infuse.
