Ingredients: Coriander, Black Gram Dal, Red chilli, Cumin, Fenugreek, Cassia, Clove
Directions for use: 3/4 cup rice + 1/4 cuptoor dal + 1 cup vegetables - 3 cups water in a pressure cooker, keep aside. Heat: 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add 1/4 tsp mustard seed + 1 tbsp cashewnut + curry leaves + 1 diced onion + 1 diced capsicum. Saute well. Add 4 tsp mtr bisbelebath masala powder + 3 tbsp tamarind pulp (1:5, tamarind: water) + salt, cook well transfer: the masala to the pressure cooker and cook: on flame without lid.
Storage: Use a dry spoon, once opened transfer the contents to an air tight container, store in a cool and dry place.
