Eating healthy is easier when what you're eating is delicious. Poha also known as flattened rice or beaten rice, as the name recommends are rice flakes produced by processing paddy. These are rigid, bland-tasting, white grains which when soaked in water becomes softer and tend to swell up to twice their size. It can be consumed with milk and sugar or cooked to make kanda poha, allu poha and in some cases desserts. It can also be fried to make tasty snack.
