Enjoy the bread baking with our pre-measured yeast sachets. No need for measuring cups and complicated weighing scales. Each sachet rises 500g plain flour. Sprinkle a sachet of yeast onto the flour and mix. Add water, salt and knead for 10 mins. Rise for an hour or until dough doubles in volume. Bake.
