Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Handle and forward incoming calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.
  • Order front office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock.
  • Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Carry out other clerical receptionist duties as required.
