  • Maintain executive’s agenda.
  • Handle and screen phone calls and redirect them when required.
  • Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives and handle confidential documents.
  • Oversee office supplies and order when required.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Perform research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
