Job Description

  • Handle executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
  • Monitor the performance of other clerical staff.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Handle and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office filing system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Female candidates can only apply.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
