Job Description
- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Design templates and manage requests for documentation.
- File documents in digital records and make sure appropriate storage.
- Maintain the accuracy of the records.
- Maintain security of sensitive documentation.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when needed.
- Report any errors or developments regarding document storage.
- Carry out other extra tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Typing and report writing skills.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
