Job Description
- Answer calls to address customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Process forms, orders, and applications.
- Complete call reports as necessary and update in the CRM.
- Maintain a record of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with CRM software and strong typing skills.
