Job Description

  • Answer calls to address customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Process forms, orders, and applications.
  • Complete call reports as necessary and update in the CRM.
  • Maintain a record of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and strong typing skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
