Job Description

  • Answer and redirect phone calls to the designated person.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Maintain and update office filing system.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Female candidates with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
