  • Handle queries by employees and clients.
  • Resolve administrative problems and handle correspondence.
  • Arrange appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Schedule appointments/meetings and update calendars.
  • Organize an office filing system for important and confidential company documents.


  • Excellent communication skill in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
