Job Description

  • Handle and direct phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Develop and maintain an office filing system.
  • Order office supplies when needed.
  • Carry out data entry and scan documents.
  • Carry out other admin related duties as assigned.
