  • Record minutes of meetings.
  • Order office supplies and equipment when needed.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas for meetings.
  • Maintain and update office files and folders.
  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare weekly schedules for employees.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls to the designated person.
  • Carry out basic bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare and maintain database records.

Requirements
